The seventh International Work-Conference on Artificial and Natural Neural Networks
was held in Menorca, Balearic Islands (Spain) from 3 to 6 of June, 2003.

The proceedings of IWANN2003 were published by Springer-Verlag in
Lecture Notes in Computer Science 2686 and 2687
